March 15, 2010 – Franco Signor LLC announced today that it had completed lease negotiations for the Eberhardt Mansion  in Kenmore, New York.  The facility a national historic landmark built in 1893 will serve as the Organization’s main headquarters.  Jeff Signor, principal of the firm commented that “the building’s unique character matches nicely with his new firm’s unique approach to MSP compliance.”  Having over 4,000 square feet of space the building is more than adequate for present expansion plans of the firm to provide Medicare Secondary Payer compliance services for the liability case.

Franco Signor LLC was established in 2010 to provide consulting services for the liability industry with regard to compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.  Services include conditional payment resolution, protocol development and audit.  The firm offers its services to both sides of the liability case as cooperation of all parties is necessary to achieve mitigation of exposure to the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
