The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently concluded its Proposed Rule on Civil Monetary Penalties of up to $1000 per day/per claim that can be imposed on insurers/self-insurers that have failed to properly report claims with Medicare beneficiaries. The Proposed Rule was published February 18, 2020 with the comment period closing on April 20th. Once the Rule is finalized more than likely this summer, CMS can penalize non-compliant insurers. What will a finalized Rule on Civil Monetary Penalties mean for insurers, and what scenarios will be deemed to be worthy of the imposition of Civil Monetary Penalties? We hope you can join Roy Franco and Heather Sanderson live from our CLN studio in Bradenton, FL on March 26, 2020 at 1:30 PM EST to explore Best Practices that RREs/primary payers can institute now to get in front of and avoid Civil Monetary Penalties.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
