Mr. Franco will speak on the implications of resolving Medicare beneficiary tort claims under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act on Tuesday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. The discussion will cover the contingent liabilities created by the Act and his experience as co-chair for the MARC Coalition to bring about a legislative solution through the introduction of HR #4796 to improve delivery of settlement benefits to the Medicare beneficiary and mitigate MSP exposure for primary plans and other entities that receive payments from primary plans

Services include conditional payment resolution, protocol development and audit.
