Job Description

We are searching for a talented, passionate, forward thinking sales professional looking for an opportunity to join an innovative company that will allow them to maximize their earnings and leadership potential. The right individual will serve as an additional point of contact for an assigned region and responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging and developing relationships as well as attending local association meetings and conferences within assigned region. This person will be a motivated self-starter and a strategic thinker. This is a unique opportunity for a talented, driven individual to spearhead the growth of a promising business segment and manage/grow the performance of all sales activities within the West Coast. Travel is required and will account for 75% of this position, looking for candidates living near a major airport/city. This is an entry-level position with room to grow in the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  Represent and foster company at customer meetings and conferences to promote service
and new business

  Work with the Regional Account Managers as an additional support/extension of
their respective territory

  Work with the Regional Account Managers in generating leads and prospects

  Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions

  Work with the Regional Account Managers in managing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

  Assist Vice President of Regional Account Management with various projects

  Responsible for other duties as assigned

  Outside prospecting encouraged, including travel, trade shows, and other relevant
events and opportunities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Two plus years of relevant sales and/or account management. Experience with a demonstrated record of meeting goals. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance. Excellent planning and analytical skills are important as well as strong relationship management skills. Must possess ability to provide timely performance feedback to senior management and accurate summaries of activities, sales results and forecasts. Comfortable with all elements of lead generation, including identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, confidence, maturity and highly developed written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years sales and marketing experience in the insurance or MSP industry preferred.

CareMDRx is designed to provide unprecedented clarity, efficiency, and savings in the difficult to navigate post-settlement healthcare system. By utilizing this program, the Medicare beneficiary saves by accessing networks they otherwise would not be entitled to and this extends their funds available for medical services.

Using our unrivaled access to existing medical and pharmaceutical networks, CareMDRx’s proprietary technology platform provides several useful benefits to Medicare beneficiaries, people soon to be enrolled in Medicare or individuals personally responsible for their medical, pharmacy, and durable medical equipment expenses.

The President of the CareMDRx Division at Franco Signor is responsible for overseeing all functions of the CareMDRx program.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing budgets, staff, and executives and evaluating the success of the division.
  • Meeting with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the division, develop short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensure the division’s compliance with the stated company’s mission.
  • Overseeing the complete operation of the division and ensuring all goals are met based on the company’s strategic plans.
  • Listening to the viewpoints and reports of the division’s Vice Presidents or directors and making the final decisions.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the division’s daily finances.
  • Analyzing budgets and financial reports.
  • Updating and revising plans to increase the company’s profitability and progress.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with the community and industry leaders and encouraging business development.
  • Looking for alliances, mergers, partnerships, and investment opportunities and reviewing and advising on contracts.
  • Maintaining your knowledge of tax liabilities, implications, and exemptions, as well as finances and operations.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position oversees the VP of Sales and the Chief Strategy Officer of the CareMDRx Division.

  • Identify potential clients for Franco Signor and work in a sales capacity to secure a contract
  • Provide a high level of client support for existing clients, as needed
  • Coordinate and create presentation materials and resources that support sales and marketing efforts
  • Assist marketing in developing materials for CareMDRx Division
  • Coordinate and manage any special projects as assigned
  • Develop new lines of revenue producing business for Franco Signor
  • Develop new avenues for marketing
  • Work to increase all communication functions internally at Franco Signor and with existing clients
  • Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as assigned
  • Provide a well-rounded client experience outside of the normal services we offer
  • Coordinate and create presentation materials and resources that support all sales and marketing efforts, design presentations that are informative, effective, accessible and uniform. Every presentation opportunity must maximize our brand and presence in the marketplace.
